Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedule adherence, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Lead and mentor site superintendents and subcontractors to maintain high performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Mitigate construction risks through proactive problem-solving and strategic scheduling.
- Execute comprehensive quality control measures across all phases of development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on-time and within budget constraints.
- Expertise in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of local Austin building codes and permitting processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to negotiate high-stakes contracts.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM, or LEED AP) are highly preferred.
