Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure maximum profitability.
- Direct and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and architectural partners.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
- Facilitate weekly owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings to track milestones.
- Mitigate project risks through proactive scheduling and resource allocation.
- Oversee the procurement process and manage vendor contract negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+ from ground-up.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
