Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local building codes
- Implement BIM/CAD technologies for precision project management
- Manage stakeholder communications and client relationships
- Drive sustainability initiatives and green building practices
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior project managers and field staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- PMP or LEED AP certification required
- Proven track record of commercial/residential projects >$50M
- Expertise in project scheduling (Primavera P6) and cost control
- Strong knowledge of Texas building regulations and permitting
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software
