Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to final handover.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure maximum profitability.
- Direct on-site operations and coordinate between subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and ensure full compliance with OSHA and local building codes.
- Prepare and review detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings and manage technical documentation.
- Resolve construction-related disputes and mitigate risks proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction management.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Deep knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and structural integrity.
- Strong proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on client relations.
- Current PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
