Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design and construction conflicts.
- Manage project financial performance, including change orders, cost reports, and budget forecasting.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to OSHA safety protocols and local building codes.
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings with stakeholders to provide transparency and project status updates.
- Oversee the procurement process and manage vendor relationships for high-quality materials.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor quality control and construction progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam Revu software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite crews.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AIA contracts and local zoning laws.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
