Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Maintain rigorous on-site safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage project financial health, including budget forecasting, change orders, and cost control.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify and mitigate potential constructability risks.
- Supervise field personnel and ensure high-quality workmanship standards.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction management.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on schedule.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of local Houston building codes and permitting processes.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
