Responsibilities
- Direct full-cycle construction operations for multi-million dollar commercial projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedule forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and site compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
- Perform daily site inspections to ensure workmanship exceeds quality benchmarks.
- Lead project meetings and provide transparent status reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $20M.
- Expert proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
- Deep understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and contract management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor field superintendents.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
