Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Lead site meetings and coordinate effectively with the onsite team.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies early.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years).
- Valid CSCS Gold Card or equivalent qualification.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Full driving license is essential.
