Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud architectures on AWS/Azure platforms
- Lead migration strategies for legacy systems to cloud-native environments
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture design and resource allocation
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive committees
- Mentor junior architects and conduct architecture reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with 5+ years in AWS/Azure
- Expert-level knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
- Professional certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Solutions Architect)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Strong background in security frameworks (CIS, NIST, SOC 2)
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
