Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Create responsive UI components and maintain design documentation
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains
