Responsibilities
- Design and execute novel AI research projects spanning NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Publish high-impact papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Develop patentable AI algorithms and frameworks solving complex real-world problems
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation culture

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in top AI conferences

- Strong background in at least two AI domains: NLP, CV, RL, or generative models
