Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Maintain data quality frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of translating data into business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
