Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Lead migration of monolithic systems to cloud-native microservices architectures
- Optimize cloud costs through resource monitoring, auto-scaling, and architectural improvements
- Establish CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD
- Implement robust security frameworks including IAM, VPC design, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for production infrastructure incidents
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with relevant certifications
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Go, or Bash) for automation
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, VPNs, Load Balancers)
- Proven track record of leading complex cloud migrations and optimizations
