Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate data insights into core product features.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product iterations and optimize user experience.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to establishing best practices in code quality and experimentation.
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Communicate technical findings and business recommendations to executive stakeholders through clear data visualizations.
- Optimize existing algorithms for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced quantitative analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or R, with deep knowledge of libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong command of SQL and experience with big data technologies like Spark, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Advanced understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine learning theory.
