You will work on high-traffic distributed systems that handle millions of requests per second, ensuring our platform remains reliable and lightning-fast for users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable microservices using Go and Rust.
- Optimize database queries and infrastructure for high-concurrency environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architectural roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis for system incidents.
- Contribute to internal tooling to improve developer velocity and deployment automation.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or Java with a strong understanding of concurrency models.
- Deep experience with distributed systems, microservices, and gRPC/REST APIs.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra).
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
