Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical diagnostic assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans for a diverse client population.
- Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Manage a complex caseload involving high-need individuals, ensuring seamless coordination with medical providers and community partners.
- Lead rapid-response crisis intervention and stabilization efforts for clients experiencing acute psychological distress.
- Facilitate weekly multidisciplinary case conferences to drive integrated service delivery and innovative clinical solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior clinicians and MSW interns, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure 100% compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and agency documentation standards within our modern EHR system.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited University.
- Current and valid New York State LCSW license (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a community mental health, hospital, or private practice setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed practice and culturally responsive clinical interventions.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and advocate for client needs.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of supervising clinical staff or managing program initiatives.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms and collaborative digital tools.
