Responsibilities
- Design and execute global Phase II-III clinical trials in oncology
- Lead cross-functional teams including biostatisticians, data managers, and medical monitors
- Ensure protocol compliance and regulatory adherence per ICH-GCP guidelines
- Manage trial budgets exceeding CHF 5M and vendor relationships
- Present trial results to regulatory authorities and scientific committees
- Mentor junior CRAs and drive process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in life sciences with 8+ years clinical research experience
- Proven track record in oncology therapeutic area
- ICH-GCP certification and strong regulatory knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in clinical trial management systems (e.g., Veeva RIM)
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; German proficiency preferred
