Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Manage patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Analyze clinical data and prepare regulatory submissions (IND/IDE)
- Maintain electronic health records and study documentation
- Present findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Clinical Research
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) required
- Proficiency in clinical trial management software (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Experience with oncology or cardiology trials preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
