Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on training: Deliver comprehensive, in-person training sessions for hospital staff and clinicians on the proper use and maintenance of Apex Medical devices.
- Product Implementation: Lead the successful integration of our medical systems into clinical workflows, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
- Clinical Support: Serve as the primary technical liaison, troubleshooting complex issues and providing on-site support to resolve technical challenges.
- Feedback Loop: Gather critical user feedback regarding product performance and report findings to the R&D team to drive continuous product improvement.
- Presentation: Represent Apex Medical at medical conferences and internal sales meetings, demonstrating product capabilities to prospective clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, customer interactions, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific field (or equivalent military experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting or medical device sales support role.
- Technical Skills: Strong aptitude for learning new medical hardware and software systems quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 60-70% of the time within the region and occasionally nationally for training.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor in high-stress situations.
