Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence and data integrity
- Coordinate investigator meetings and regulatory submissions
- Manage study budgets and vendor relationships
- Analyze clinical data and prepare regulatory documentation
- Mentor junior CRAs and optimize trial workflows
- Ensure GCP compliance and FDA/EMA guidelines adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical research experience in pharma/biotech
- CRA certification (ACRP or SOCRA)
- Proven track record in monitoring Phase II-III trials
- Advanced knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with EDC systems (Medidata Rave preferred)
