Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical trial data using SAS, R, and Python to identify trends and correlations
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time patient monitoring systems
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for clinical decision support tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data integrity and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in clinical data management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical data analysis experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and at least one programming language (R/Python)
- Certification in clinical data management (CDISC) or healthcare analytics preferred
- Deep understanding of FDA regulations and clinical trial methodologies
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and HL7 standards
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and confidentiality
