Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical trial data using advanced statistical methods
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for healthcare datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for clinical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements for clinical studies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and FDA regulations for medical data handling
- Present findings to executive leadership and research teams

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in clinical data analysis or healthcare data science
- Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python with healthcare data libraries
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and clinical trial methodologies
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) or clinical databases
- Certification in clinical research (CCRP) or data analytics (CDMP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to medical data integrity
