Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced, specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
  • Continuously monitor, assess, and document patient physiological parameters and response to treatment.
  • Administer complex medications, intravenous infusions, and vasoactive drugs in compliance with clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate dynamically with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and specialists, to optimize care plans.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
