Responsibilities
- Design and analyze complex structural systems using advanced software (ETABS, SAP2000)
- Lead project teams in delivering landmark residential/commercial developments
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) regulations
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for infrastructure projects
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in high-rise building design
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Singapore
- Proficiency in BIM modeling and construction methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Eurocode and Singapore standards
- Proven track record in managing $10M+ projects
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
