Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale municipal infrastructure projects including water systems, roads, and drainage.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including urban planners, environmental consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Perform complex site investigations and prepare detailed technical feasibility reports.
- Mentor junior engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee construction documentation and ensure compliance with local and state civil engineering codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain by reciprocity).
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure design or site development.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and stormwater modeling software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex structural challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
