Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex transportation, water resources, and structural infrastructure projects
- Lead multidisciplinary teams from conceptual planning through to construction phase
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT, FEMA, and international building codes
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct site investigations and geotechnical assessments
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil infrastructure design
- Expertise in transportation planning and hydraulic modeling
- Proven project management with $5M+ budgets
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies
- Strong knowledge of sustainable infrastructure practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
