Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical oversight of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies, clients, and sub-consultants to ensure project compliance.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and prepare technical reports for site development.
- Mentor junior engineers and review design deliverables for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Utilize advanced modeling software to conduct hydraulic, drainage, and structural analysis.
- Present project proposals and technical findings to stakeholders and regulatory boards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in civil site development or infrastructure design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Strong understanding of local zoning, permitting, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead project teams effectively.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar capital improvement projects.
