Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and project management for large-scale municipal infrastructure projects.
- Conduct complex civil engineering calculations, including drainage, grading, and utility systems.
- Supervise junior engineering staff and oversee quality control of technical deliverables.
- Coordinate with local government agencies, stakeholders, and construction teams to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Utilize advanced CAD software to develop precise construction blueprints and technical documentation.
- Perform site assessments and feasibility studies to mitigate risks early in the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Washington or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in civil site design and infrastructure development.
- Deep proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Hydraflow.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring technical teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing presentations.
