Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including roadways, drainage, and utility networks.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and cost estimates for project stakeholders.
- Manage project lifecycles from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring compliance with local codes.
- Conduct advanced site assessments and land development feasibility analyses.
- Collaborate with municipal agencies, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with sub-consultants to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas is required.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in civil site development or municipal infrastructure engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD software.
- Deep understanding of local, state, and federal building codes and permitting processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationship management.
