Are you a visionary Civil Engineer looking to shape the skyline of Houston? Apex Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex urban infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring engineering excellence, and mentoring junior talent in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end design and execution of municipal infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, private developers, and contractors.
- Perform complex site analysis and prepare detailed engineering reports.
- Ensure project compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Implement sustainable engineering practices to optimize project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and Bluebeam.
- Strong background in drainage, water distribution, and transportation design.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client meetings.
