Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale transportation, water resource, and structural projects
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders including municipal authorities
- Conduct advanced hydraulic modeling and geotechnical analysis for complex site conditions
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT, FEMA, and international building codes
- Mentor junior engineers and implement sustainable design methodologies
- Oversee construction administration and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Demonstrated success with transportation corridor design and stormwater management
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Experience with federal grant applications and environmental permitting
