As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee complex site development projects, mentor junior talent, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to deliver excellence.
Responsibilities
- Direct the technical execution of large-scale municipal infrastructure projects from feasibility to construction.
- Prepare and review detailed civil design packages, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and consultant deliverables to ensure high-performance outcomes.
- Coordinate with local regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and ensure strict zoning compliance.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and provide technical oversight on complex structural calculations.
- Perform site visits and inspections to monitor progress and troubleshoot field engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; WA state licensure or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in civil site design and infrastructure development.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, and HEC-RAS.
- Deep understanding of municipal codes, stormwater management standards, and utility infrastructure.
- Proven track record in managing project teams and client relations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
