Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end design and execution of complex municipal infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, urban planners, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance.
- Perform advanced structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software.
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation to maintain quality standards.
- Oversee on-site construction progress to ensure strict adherence to engineering designs.
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports, cost estimates, and project timelines.
- Drive innovation in sustainable drainage and resilient urban design strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in civil infrastructure or land development.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and building codes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills for professional client-facing engagements.
