Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of transportation, water resources, and structural systems
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams from concept to completion
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards
- Conduct site investigations and analyze geotechnical data
- Develop cost estimates and project schedules using advanced software
- Present technical solutions to clients and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil infrastructure experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and structural analysis software
- Proven track record with large-scale municipal projects
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- LEED AP certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
