Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water resource systems
- Conduct advanced hydraulic modeling and stormwater management analysis using AutoCAD Civil 3D and HEC-RAS
- Oversee site investigations, geotechnical assessments, and construction quality control
- Manage project budgets exceeding $10M and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT, FEMA, and EPA regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and develop innovative sustainable design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license (Texas required)
- 8+ years of experience in transportation or municipal infrastructure
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies and infrastructure modeling software
- Proven track record of managing large-scale capital projects
- Expertise in ADA compliance, drainage design, and pavement analysis
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing engineering teams
- Certification in LEED or Envision sustainable infrastructure preferred
