Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including MRT systems, coastal protection, and underground utilities
- Develop innovative flood resilience strategies incorporating advanced hydrological modeling and climate adaptation
- Oversee BIM/CIM implementation for complex infrastructure projects using Bentley OpenRail/AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, environmental science, and construction management
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) and PUB regulations
- Conduct feasibility studies and lifecycle cost analyses for infrastructure modernization projects
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure design with 5+ years in Singapore/Asia
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent international certification (e.g., P.Eng, CEng)
- Expertise in hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS, MIKE 21) and geotechnical analysis (PLAXIS)
- Proven track record in managing projects exceeding SGD 50M
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/CIM platforms and digital twin technologies
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) and PUB technical guidelines
- LEED/AP or equivalent sustainability certification preferred
