Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including roadways, drainage, and utility networks.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and modeling to ensure structural integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Manage technical specifications, bid documents, and project budgets for high-value public sector contracts.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement sustainable engineering practices to minimize environmental impact and maximize long-term infrastructure utility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas is strictly required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and MS Project.
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and permitting requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing project teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
