Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical oversight of complex site development and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies to secure permits and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies and site analysis for multi-phase urban developments.
- Perform advanced hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional architecture and utility teams.
- Review construction documents to ensure accuracy, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in civil site development or heavy infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, and HEC-RAS.
- Deep understanding of local Houston-area permitting requirements and drainage codes.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
- Exceptional communication skills for client-facing and stakeholder presentations.
