Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end design and execution for multi-million dollar urban infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, surveyors, and environmental consultants.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and oversee technical modeling using Civil 3D.
- Ensure project compliance with local municipal codes and federal safety standards.
- Lead site inspections and provide critical technical guidance to construction field teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and review design deliverables for technical accuracy.
- Represent the firm at stakeholder meetings and public planning hearings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Colorado.
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in land development or municipal infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Demonstrated success in managing project budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to structural safety and detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional collaboration.
