Responsibilities
- Lead the design and planning of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and site developments.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, geotechnical analysis, and feasibility studies to ensure project integrity.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, surveyors, contractors, and municipal officials.
- Ensure all engineering practices and documentation adhere to local, state, and federal codes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- P.Eng (Professional Engineer) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and MS Project.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a focus on client relations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
