Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and budget constraints.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to guarantee quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and reports using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to deliver projects on schedule.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, preferably in urban development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and team coordination.
