Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex civil and structural engineering projects.
- Conduct site inspections and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, calculations, and construction documents.
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work for accuracy and safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD/BIM software.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and geotechnical engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical clients.
