Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and supervision of major civil engineering projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, and contractors, to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with British Standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports, feasibility studies, and technical documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in civil engineering within the UK market.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (BEng) or Master’s degree (MEng) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Chartered status (MICE or FICE) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation.
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation (CSCS card holder preferred).
