Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.
- Manage site operations, including site supervision, safety compliance, and quality control protocols.
- Conduct detailed structural analysis and risk assessments to ensure project integrity and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, and contractors, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the project team.
- Ensure all projects comply with UK Building Regulations and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is highly desirable.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in civil engineering project management and site supervision.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of UK building codes, planning permission processes, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Valid UK driving license.
