Responsibilities
- Lead the design and management of complex residential, commercial, and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Direct the preparation of comprehensive construction plans, utility designs, and grading plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Perform advanced hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for stormwater management systems.
- Coordinate project submittals and secure necessary permits with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
- Mentor junior engineering staff, facilitating technical excellence and professional growth within the team.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Texas (or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 6 months).
- Minimum of 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in civil design and project management.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, StormCAD, and other industry-standard design tools.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on accelerated schedules.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and public presentations.
