Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of intricate site plans, grading plans, and utility profiles using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Conduct comprehensive hydrology and hydraulic modeling for advanced stormwater management systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state of Texas, or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 6 months.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil site design and land development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and StormCAD.
  • Strong understanding of Houston-area drainage criteria and TCEQ regulations.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary project teams and high-value client accounts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting and public presentations.
