Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities and quality control measures to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, calculations, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using industry-standard software like AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards set by the BCA.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including architects, structural engineers, and project managers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide expert technical advice to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, identifying risks early to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in civil infrastructure projects, preferably in Singapore.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent qualification in Singapore.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD.Pro.
- Strong understanding of sustainable construction practices and green building standards (e.g., BCA Green Mark).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
