Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct site inspections, soil analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and estimates using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal safety codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit) and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and hydraulic engineering principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior engineering staff effectively.
