Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water treatment facilities
- Perform structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for concurrent projects
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Lead client presentations and stakeholder communications throughout project lifecycle
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical quality reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license (Texas)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure project delivery
- Expertise in hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS) and geotechnical analysis
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $10M in value
- Familiarity with TxDOT and FEMA regulatory frameworks
- Strong proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies
- LEED AP certification preferred
