Responsibilities
- Design and oversee execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water treatment facilities
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and compliance documentation
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 8+ years of experience in civil infrastructure design
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and construction management software
- Experience with FEMA floodplain analysis and TxDOT standards
- Demonstrated success leading projects over $10M in value
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills
